The Desert Dog Police K9 Trials is an excellent sales and networking opportunity for your organization. 2024 will be the 21st annual K9 Trials, and we keep getting bigger every year!
We will be promoting our event on social media and various advertising platforms this year. These trying times have been very hard on many businesses, so we are keeping our vendor booth prices as low as possible to allow businesses and organizations to join us for our event.

Vendor booth fees include a 10’ x 10’ booth space. Our designated vendor space is in the North Hall, adjacent to the Equidome, where our main events occur.
For an additional fee, an electrical outlet, tables, table coverings, and chairs will be available for rent directly through our contracted supplier. Information and instructions will be provided on our website when you purchase your booth space
You must bring all supplies needed to operate your booth. Moving carts, dollies, canopies, etc. Tables, chairs, etc. must be provided by you if not rented.
Vendor setup is 12-6pm on Friday, October 25th, 2024. Gates open at 8am Saturday and 7am Sunday, and we ask you to be ready to go at that time. Public events start at 8:30am Saturday and 8am Sunday. The last event ends around 3pm on Sunday.
No early booth breakdowns will be allowed.
The vendor area will be locked up at night, and you are welcome to leave your booth up overnight. However, you assume all responsibility for your merchandise and equipment. The City of Scottsdale and the Desert Dog Police K9 Trials will not be responsible for any loss or damage. We will have security posted inside the vendor area at night.
Terms:
Dog Rescues, Animal/Dog Trainers, Groomers, and Vendors: Personal pets are NOT allowed at this event, prior approval is required to bring dogs to your vendor booth. No more than four dogs per vendor will be permitted, and dogs are required to stay within the space INSIDE each vendor booth. No dogs are allowed outside vendor booths except for bathroom breaks. No demonstrations or dog training will be allowed at the K9 Trials. We encourage you to use videos at your booth to share information about your company or dogs. Vendors must clean up after their dogs and exercise appropriate caution and safety.
Due to WestWorld food concession agreements, NO outside food or drinks are allowed.
Due to WestWorld regulations, firearms are not allowed. No selling of firearms or any kind of weapon is allowed. WestWorld is located on Federal land.
