I have worked for the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office for the past 17 years. I was a Canine Handler from 2015 through 2020. During my five years as a Canine Handler, I ran two different dual-purpose canines. My first canine was a female Dutch Shepard. My second canine was a male Belgian Malinois. Both of the canines that I ran were both narcotic and patrol canines.
I have been a member of ALECA since 2015, and in 2019 I overtook the Treasurer role for the organization.
